Job summary

EY seeks an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to manage the operational delivery and security of enterprise ingress services across cloud and virtualization. You will own load balancing, DNS, TLS, and edge controls, automate configurations with IaC, and partner with cloud, network, and security teams to keep applications available and production-ready.

This hybrid role involves on-call rotations, incident response, and continuous improvement of platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, or application delivery.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancing, and routing in production.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to participate in after-hours rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingress and edge connectivity services and platform reliability.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot DNS/TLS/load balancing and application delivery issues.
• Support incident response, major incidents, and change activities.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, firewall, and security teams.
