Job summary

EY seeks a technically skilled Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support operational management, availability, security, and lifecycle of enterprise delivery services. You’ll oversee load balancing platforms, ingress services, DNS, and edge security across cloud and virtualized environments.

The role combines cloud networking, application delivery, and automation with production support, focusing on reliable traffic delivery and platform resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, or application delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end traffic across DNS, TLS, load balancers, and routing.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in production.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Willingness for on-call support and after-hours changes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operational ownership of ingress and edge connectivity services.
• Monitor platform health, service availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, load balancing, DNS, and certificate issues.
• Support incident response, problem management, and major incident coordination.
• Participate in on-call support, service restoration, and planned maintenance.
