EY seeks an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to manage enterprise ingress services, load balancing, DNS, and security across cloud and virtualization environments. You will drive automation, platform reliability, and service exposure while collaborating with security and operations teams.

The role emphasizes production support, incident management, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid, client-facing work model and strong emphasis on secure, scalable application delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, application delivery, ingress/edge operations or related roles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancers, routing, and cloud networking.
• Experience in incident, change, and problem management in production.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate ingress and edge connectivity services daily.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot DNS, TLS, load balancing, and app delivery issues.
• Support incident response, major incidents, and on-call rotations.
• Participate in maintenance, rollout, and platform upgrades.
• Coordinate with cloud, network, firewall, WAF, and vendor teams.
