Job summary

EY seeks an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support operational management, availability, security, and lifecycle of enterprise delivery services. You will oversee load balancing, DNS, certificates, and edge security across cloud and virtualized environments.

The role emphasizes platform reliability, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure traffic delivery and maintainable operations. Remote nationwide work is supported by EY's hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, application delivery, or related platform engineering.
• Experience with end-to-end traffic flows across DNS, TLS, load balancers, and cloud networking.
• Experience supporting highly available production environments with formal incident management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Willing to participate in on‑call support and after‑hours changes as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational ownership of ingress and edge connectivity services.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, and risk across platforms.
• Troubleshoot routing, DNS, TLS, certificates, and application delivery issues.
• Support incident response, problem management, and major incidents.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, firewall, WAF, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Automate repeatable configurations with Terraform and Git workflows.
• Onboard/offboard applications, manage migrations, and validate changes.
