Job summary

EY seeks a technically skilled Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support the operational management of enterprise ingress services, application delivery, and edge connectivity across cloud and virtualized environments.

You will focus on load balancing platforms, DNS, certificates, and security controls, driving reliability and platform resiliency while enabling scalable delivery of applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, app delivery, or ingress/edge operations.
• Experience with load balancing, DNS, TLS, and application delivery.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of ingress and edge services.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and risk.
• Troubleshoot routing, load balancing, DNS, and certificate issues.
• Coordinate incident response, on-call support, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
