Job summary

EY is seeking a technically skilled Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise delivery and ingress services across cloud and virtualized environments. You’ll manage load balancers, DNS, certificates, and edge security while driving automation and platform resilience.

The role combines cloud networking, application delivery, and production support with a focus on reliable traffic delivery and on-call readiness in a hybrid or remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Hands-on with DNS, TLS, load balancers, and traffic management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of ingress and edge connectivity services.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot routing, load balancing, DNS, and certificate issues.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, and change management.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams.
