Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise delivery, security, and lifecycle across cloud and virtualized environments. You will manage load balancers, DNS, certificates, and edge controls to ensure reliable application traffic delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, cybersecurity or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, app delivery, or edge operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancers, routing, and cloud networking.
• Experience with incident, change and problem management in production.
• Strong analytical, documentation and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Willingness for after‑hours maintenance and on‑call support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own ingress/edge connectivity services day-to-day.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, and risk of platforms.
• Troubleshoot DNS, TLS, load balancing, routing and app delivery issues.
• Participate in on-call, incident response and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with cloud, network, firewall, WAF teams to resolve cross‑platform issues.
• Onboard/offboard applications, manage domains, APIs, and services.
• Automate config and platform upgrades; maintain runbooks and standards.
