Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled Capture Manager to lead initiatives securing new or re-compete contracts within the Sikorsky International and Commercial Capture Management team. You will shape proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage activities from qualification to submission.

You will interface with customers and suppliers, develop value propositions, and leverage competitive intelligence to position solutions for win.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with strategic and tactical thinking.
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced assignments and cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of business development, capture, or proposal experience in RMS or related fields.
• Understanding of win plans, milestones, and competitive intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; ability to lead a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts or task orders.
• Interface with internal and external customers to shape and win new business.
• Develop capture strategy, identify customers and teaming partners, and manage bid activities.
• Direct cross-functional teams from pursuit qualification through submission of a customer-based solution.
