You will shape capture strategies, oversee the full lifecycle, and coordinate with finance, engineering, and senior leaders to maximize win probability.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, build trusted government relationships, and drive disciplined execution from shaping through proposal and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years in capture or business development
• Proven leadership across major captures and programs
• Experience leading pursuits valued at $100M to $2B and strong win record
• Ability to engage government customers and develop trusted relationships
• Willingness to travel ~25% and US citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for capture and business development on large-scale opportunities.
• Design and execute win strategies including competitive intelligence and teaming.
• Partner with LM Space executives to define shaping objectives and baselines for development, production, and services contracts.
• Craft customer-focused messages to expand the stakeholder base and sustain momentum.
• Develop detailed project and capture management plans for disciplined execution.
• Formulate mission-oriented product strategies and secure executive advocacy.
• Lead engagement campaigns with government customers and external contractors.
• Shape and secure new business with differentiated, customer-aligned solutions.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
