Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a seasoned Capture Manager in the United States to lead capture efforts for new or re-compete contracts and task orders. The role involves crafting capture strategies, identifying customers, conducting competitive assessments, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

The candidate will lead and integrate the assigned team, direct activities during pursuits, and maintain ongoing engagement with business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years with a related Master's degree.
• Previous capture or proposal process experience.
• Familiarity with RMS Win Plan BD-G-01 or equivalent BD/proposal management methodology.
• Participation in at least one color team review and at least one strategy or risk review per RMS Win Plan.
• Strong business acumen, communication and strategic and tactical thinking.
• Flexibility to work multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leads capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts or task order business.
• Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win.
• Leads and integrates the cross-functional team; directs team activities for the duration of the pursuit.
• Maintains ongoing interaction with business development.
