Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of client consulting & global benefits management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management and time-management abilities.
• Experience with alternative risk financing solutions a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand existing client relationships through proactive account planning.
• Lead governance and advisory work across multinational client portfolios.
• Present strategic benefit initiatives to leadership and clients.
