INTECON, LLC is hiring a Senior Internal Control SME to support the Army National Guard's RMIC program on-site at Arlington Hall Station, VA. The role focuses on internal control methodology, annual assurance cycles, and regulatory guidance updates.

The ideal candidate has deep federal internal control or audit-readiness experience, a Secret clearance, and will work 0800–1700 EST, Monday–Friday at the Arlington, VA location. Salary ranges from $135,000 to $150,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of internal control, audit readiness, or financial management experience in federal environments.
• Expert working knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, FMFIA, GAO Green Book, and the DoD Financial Management Regulation.
• CDFM, CGFM, CIA, or CPA certifications.
• Ability to operate on-site at Arlington Hall Station, VA during business hours.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the program's principal technical authority on A-123, FMFIA, GAO Green Book, and DoD FMFRA.
• Develop and deliver RMIC training to ARNG stakeholders according to the project plan.
• Assist in preparation and submission of the annual Statement of Assurance with evidence.
• Provide meeting minutes or an after-action report within 24 hours of each training.
• Conduct Annual Statement of Assurance reviews and submit complete packages.
• Quarterly reviews of A-123 and GAO Green Book; summarize changes for officials.
• Incorporate regulatory revisions into future internal control assessments and training.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for RMIC program.
• Submit formal notices of findings with supporting evidential matter.
• Develop sustainment strategy and final comprehensive program report.
