Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to work independently with supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and analytics platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to align objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: newsletters, internal articles, emails, and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and liaise with video teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with various functions.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet client commitments and deadlines.
