Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and proficiency in digital tools. The successful candidate will work independently with limited review, and contribute to communications plans for specific client groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to advance function objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, secure reviews, and edit as needed.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels including mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and intranet pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and liaise with video production teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement of campaigns.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with various functional teams.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
