EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role combines independent execution with collaboration across Brand, Marketing, and Engagement teams, leveraging digital tools to deliver consistent messaging. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Support the business function's communication strategy, working with the Communications and Engagement team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Liaise with the video production team on various internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal communication campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making.
