Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager to lead corporate employee communications strategy across Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air. You will craft and deliver content, align divisions with leadership, and provide strategic counsel on communication plans.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in corporate, nonprofit, agency, or newsroom communications.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field (or 2 years of equivalent experience).
• Experience with cross-functional project management (planning, organizing, resources).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation/facilitation skills in various group sizes.
• Ability to work with multiple groups with no direct reporting line.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum age 18 and must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Lead SME for employee communications strategy across Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air.
• Define long-term strategy for divisional and company-wide communications plans.
• Collaborate with executives and leaders to translate strategy into engaging plans.
