Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager to serve as the sole subject matter expert for employee communications strategy across Alaska, Hawaiian, and Horizon. You will create and deliver content that aligns divisions with company goals, engaging employees through strategic messaging and programs.

As an individual contributor, you will define long-term plans, write for leaders, and partner with HR, labor relations, and executives to ensure timely, high-quality internal

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in corporate, non-profit, agency or newsroom communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation/facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across divisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead employee communications programs across Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and Horizon Air.
• Define long-term communication strategy for programs and initiatives, change management and priorities.
• Collaborate with executives and divisional leaders to translate strategy into effective communications.
• Own major writing assignments including emails, scripts, speeches, newsletters, and intranet content for leaders.
