You will collaborate with firm leadership, the Communications Manager, and colleagues across offices to support initiatives and leadership messages.

The role demands outstanding writing/editing, judgment, organizational savvy, and strong project-management skills in a fast-paced professional-services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years in communications, marketing or related role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and content development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute internal communications for firmwide audiences.
• Develop executive and leadership communications and talking points.
• Serve as communications partner to firm leaders and stakeholders.
• Create communications plans and messaging for firm initiatives.
• Translate complex changes into accessible messaging for employees.
• Use visual storytelling to improve understanding and engagement.
• Coordinate communications across departments and offices.
• Track metrics and recommend content improvements.
• Maintain adherence to style guidelines and confidentiality.
