Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to craft thoughtful communications that align employees with the firm’s culture, priorities, and business objectives.

You will work closely with leadership, the Communications Manager, and cross-office teams to support firmwide initiatives, leadership messages, and employee programs in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, marketing or related role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and content development skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute clear internal communications for firmwide and targeted audiences.
• Develop executive and leadership communications and talking points.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and plan complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing/BD to support firm initiatives.
• Translate complex information into accessible messages for employees.
• Maintain calendars, templates and workflows to ensure consistency.
