Job summary

Parts Town in Addison, IL is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead the execution of our internal communications strategy. You will partner with leaders across the business to translate priorities into clear, engaging communications and to evolve our channel strategy using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

You will write, edit, and publish announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications, manage the editorial calendar, and measure impact to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Experience shaping internal communications strategy and translating it into thoughtful plans and measurable results.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as strategic communications channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Marketing Communications to develop the internal communications strategy and own its day-to-day implementation.
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to leaders and cross-functional teams, helping clarify objectives and audiences.
• Develop and execute communication plans for company priorities, organizational changes, major initiatives, policies, events, and updates.
• Lead the internal communications approach for Microsoft Teams and improve the SharePoint intranet and MS Teams strategy.
• Write and edit company announcements, newsletters, leadership communications, and other materials.
• Own the internal communications editorial calendar and intake, planning, review, approval, and publishing processes.
• Gather feedback and analyze channel performance to improve content and strategy.
