Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment parts, is seeking an experienced internal communications leader to translate business priorities into clear, engaging messages for team members across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, own the editorial calendar, and optimize channels—Microsoft Teams and SharePoint—so important information is easy to find and acts with impact for remote, office, and fulfillment-center teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
• Experience shaping internal communications strategy with measurable results.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as strategic channels.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling; ability to create on-brand internal materials; Canva is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the internal communications strategy and day-to-day implementation.
• Advise leaders and cross-functional teams to clarify objectives, audiences, and calls to action.
• Create audience-specific communication plans for office, remote, and fulfillment-center teams.
• Lead the MS Teams and SharePoint communications strategy and governance.
