Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Leader to shape and execute our internal communications strategy, translating priorities into clear, engaging messages for team members across the business.

You’ll partner with leaders to determine audiences, timing, and channels, with a focus on optimizing Microsoft Teams and the SharePoint intranet to reduce noise and improve reach, while producing on-brand, actionable content company-wide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in internal communications or related field.
• Experience shaping internal comms strategy into deliverables.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to distill complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own internal communications strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Advise leaders; tailor messages to audiences and channels.
• Lead channel strategy for Teams and SharePoint.
• Create materials: announcements, newsletters, talking points.
• Measure impact and optimize communications.
