Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of AP Style and corporate journalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience building relationships with diverse and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Internal communications and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical updates into clear, engaging content for employees.
• Develop internal communications materials: articles, talking points, intranet content, event collateral.
• Create and manage long-term communications plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with external team to share major company news internally.
• Prepare briefing materials for leaders to speak confidently on announcements.
• Lead communications for campaigns and events, coordinating materials for a cohesive presence.
• Support leadership with speaking and event coaching.
• Manage internal digital channels to deliver timely updates.
• Track content performance and apply data-driven insights to improve reach.
• Tailor messaging for different employee audiences.
