Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead Talent, Operations and Finance communications. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, manage editorial quality, and partner with senior leaders to drive alignment across the practice.

The role demands strategic storytelling, disciplined delivery, and the ability to influence stakeholders while navigating a complex communications ecosystem within a global professional

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate established priorities into clear communications for audiences and leadership.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to stakeholders across Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies for clarity and credibility.
• Execute communications plans and deliver key messages timely.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs and supporting content aligned to strategy.
• Translate complex topics into accessible, actionable communications.
• Support adoption and engagement across touchpoints and channels.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for priorities.
• Maintain high standards of written quality and message discipline.
• Adapt communications to evolving priorities and feedback.
• Monitor engagement and feedback and drive continuous improvement.
