Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations and Finance. You will translate business priorities into clear messaging, partner with executives, and drive engagement across multiple audiences and channels.

You’ll shape strategy, create materials, and ensure editorial quality while coordinating with Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications teams.

Qualifications

• Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Experience within a complex professional services organization is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as communications partner to Talent, Operations and Finance stakeholders to build alignment.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies for clear, credible communication.
• Execute communications plans and ensure timely delivery of key messages across channels.
• Provide editorial review and maintain high standards of message discipline.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights to improve future content.
