Job summary

EY is looking for an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to drive communications for Talent, Operations and Finance. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging for leaders and staff across the practice.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape engaging, coherent communications that drive alignment, adoption and impact, with a focus on editorial excellence and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through effective planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to stakeholders across Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies that equip leaders to communicate with clarity and credibility.
• Execute communications plans supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives with timely delivery.
• Translate complex business, operational and people-related topics into accessible communications.
• Support adoption and engagement by reinforcing messages across channels.
• Provide editorial review and maintain high written quality and message discipline.
