Crate & Barrel seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to drive internal communications across newsletters, email, video, Slack, and intranets. Formación

• 5+ years experience in a corporate communications role or equivalent large media/PR agency experience.
• Proven graphic design proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Canva, and Google Workspace, CMS, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with content creation and ongoing management of in-house communication, including video.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Execute internal communications across newsletters, email, video, Slack, and internal sites, aligned with the message map and calendar.
• Partner with the Communications Manager to develop, edit, design, schedule, and publish engaging content for different channels.
• Manage intake, editing, coordination, and publishing of functional communications (HR, Facilities).
• Serve as the content owner for the internal site, leading content development and updates.
• Support company-wide communications campaigns and initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with channel teams, providing content development and editing support.
• Lead management of branded communications templates, tools, and associate resources.
• Support onboarding and training for new Corporate Communications associates.
• Maintain organized communications assets and workflows; identify content quality improvements.
