Job summary

CBRE seeks a Communications Sr. Manager to design and execute high-profile internal and external programs aligned with company strategy. You will partner across HR and operations to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints, and lead multi-format content creation including newsletters, case studies, videos, and Q&A documents.

You will monitor performance metrics, optimize messaging, and publish to intranet and cbre.com while managing awards and a year‑long engagement calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching and mentoring is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and media strategies aligned with CBRE's brand.
• Author, edit and proofread communications for internal and external audiences.
• Help leaders deliver consistent messages at strategic and tactical levels.
• Track metrics to determine messaging effectiveness across channels.
• Publish content to the employee intranet and cbre.com.
• Collaborate across organizational segments to coordinate programs.
