Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to craft and manage content for internal channels across the U.S. This hybrid role is based at our Newton, MA headquarters and focuses on translating business goals into engaging communications for field and corporate teams.

The candidate will lead editorial calendars, manage newsletters, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-brand messaging. A strong writing background and CMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism or English.
• 4 years of experience working in internal communications with a strong focus on writing and content management.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a content strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
• Create and manage the Monday Memo and other internal vehicles in Bright NOW and related platforms.
• Assist in preparing and organizing staff meetings, including decks and on-site tech support.
