Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Sr. Communications Specialist to develop and execute proactive internal communications programs that support business objectives. You will craft local content for internal channels and ensure consistent messaging across CCSWB platforms.

You will lead content development, coordinate with HR and PACS, manage channels such as intranet and internal TV, and oversee agencies to maintain a unified corporate voice across all internal audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Develop communications and public affairs plans aligned with business goals.
• Forge strong media relationships to secure fair and balanced coverage.
• Experience creating strategies to engage users, customers, or employees online.
• Oversee partner agencies and creative teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive, integrated internal communications programs.
• Create internal content (images/copy/video) aligned with CCSWB strategies.
• Execute communications strategies to drive engagement and business results.
• Coordinate with PACS, HR, and other functions for messaging consistency.
• Manage intranet, internal TV network, and mobile channels with content calendars.
• Collaborate with Director of PACS to service business functions and agencies.
• Track performance of internal channels and adjust accordingly.
• Develop content for speakers and employee townhalls.
• Maintain corporate brand stewardship across internal and external channels.
• Provide copywriting, editing, and quality control for communications.
