Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Communications Senior Manager to develop and deliver high-profile internal and external programs aligned to company strategy and values. You will partner with HR and operations to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints, and lead multi-format content including newsletters, briefs, videos, and Q&A documents.

You’ll design campaigns, track performance metrics, and support leaders with strategic and tactical communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of related experience.
Adept at coordinating cross-department communications and leadership messaging.
Ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack/Zoom, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement internal and external communication plans aligned to CBRE branding.
Author, edit and proofread communications as needed.
Advise leaders to craft consistent strategic and tactical messaging.
Track metrics and optimize messaging strategies.
Publish content to intranet and cbre.com.
Manage awards and rankings nominations.
Coordinate a complex events schedule ensuring consistent messaging.
Collaborate across organization to support diverse styles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
