Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute internal programs that engage employees across Irvine Company. You will support HR-related communications in collaboration with the Director, Communications, and contribute to recruitment marketing and advertising programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of communications experience.
• Experience in communications, marketing or social media is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence with writing for employee engagement and broad-based communication.
• Self-starter, independent thinker with excellent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop content and updates for internal communication and recruitment marketing channels (email, intranet, video, social media).
• Deliver end-to-end communications plans for employee announcements and news with HR partners.
• Collaborate with HR leaders on messaging and collateral development.
• Create content for company news, HR initiatives and recruitment materials; ensure fast turnaround.
• Provide copywriting and editing support for HR communications across channels.
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams to align copy and visuals.
