Uber is seeking a dynamic communications professional to lead executive and employee communications for our Community Operations organization. You will shape strategic messaging, drive engagement, support change management, and keep employees informed.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal communications plans and campaigns, acting as a strategic thought-partner and hands-on operator across geographies to ensure clear, compelling narratives that engage

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience, with a focus on internal and change communications across geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of internal communication plans from start to finish, including strategy development, socialization, tactical execution, and reporting metrics.
• Advise executives on the best communications approach to cascade strategic information to employees.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advise, produce, and implement internal communication campaigns.
• Manage internal communications for organizational transformation and change management, bringing employees along on the journey.
• Draft, develop, and refine leadership communications, presentations, FAQs, talking points and other essential documents.
• Distill complex topics into cohesive messages, craft narratives, and tell stories to keep employees informed, engaged and inspired.
