This Senior Internal Communications Manager is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Internal Communications. You will partner with executives to drive change, tell powerful stories, and scale communications across a global, distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal, external, or corporate communications or similar writing-intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on comms initiatives with influence.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate comms while ensuring human oversight.
• Highly organized and able to roadmap and plan.
• Experience communicating to distributed remote workforce.
• Crypto enthusiasm with willingness to learn the space.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the internal communications strategy for ваш portfolio of stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging.
• Ensure employees have the information and context they need to do their job.
• Create and improve systems, including AI-powered tools and workflows, that scale communications across a globally distributed workforce.
• Measure the effectiveness of communications programs using data for continual improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company mission, strategy, and culture to reinforce in all communications.
• Identify and implement AI-native approaches to internal communications, from content creation to measurement.
• Support and execute org-wide live events, drafting talking points and advising on event flow.
