Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications or related writing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools with human oversight.
• Resilience and composure during organizational change and distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and align with crypto knowledge.
• Proactive mindset with ability to generate and implement ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own complex communications plans, from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Advise leaders on mission, strategy and culture and understand team needs.
• Support team-wide and company-wide events, including presentations and speakers.
• Identify opportunities and build AI-enabled tools and workflows to scale communications.
• Measure effectiveness using data and experimentation for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external teammates to coordinate communications and change management.
