Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to partner with executive leaders and shape employee experience in an AI-native company. This role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and drives strategic communications across a global, remote workforce.

You will own complex plans, support events, and develop scalable processes using AI tools while maintaining human oversight, ensuring clarity and impact across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence initiatives.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools with human oversight.
• Resilience and composure in a distributed or remote organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and crypto fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own complex communications plans from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Advise leaders on mission, strategy, and culture; align with teams’ needs.
• Support and execute company-wide events; drafting materials and talking points.
• Identify opportunities and build AI-enabled systems to scale communications.
• Measure effectiveness using data and experiments to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate internal communications.
