Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. The role focuses on developing and managing internal news, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, edit for quality, and drive metrics to inform decisions. A bachelor’s degree in communications or related field with 4–6 years of experience is expected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to support objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels including mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences using communications expertise.
• Coordinate with video production teams for internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with service lines, industry groups, and client groups.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
