Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate our internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will craft news, newsletters, emails and presentations, edit content, and manage brand-aligned channels while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

You will analyze reach and engagement metrics to guide decisions and develop targeted plans for different client groups. The role requires strong writing, editing, and project management skills in a dynamic, matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy, working with the Communications and Engagement team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging across all audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on various internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal communication campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making.
• Work with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop a communications plan for specific client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Effectively prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines.
