Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist (Remote) to lead content strategy for internal channels and manage the intranet as the organization’s primary source of truth.

In this role you will work with Internal Communications leadership and cross-functional partners to publish clear, consistent messaging, integrate multimedia assets, and drive best practices across all internal channels. A strong background in corporate communications and intranet governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Experience managing intranet platforms and enterprise content programs.

Responsibilities

• Writes, edits, proofreads and distributes content for internal channels including newsletters and intranet.
• Owns the brand intranet with governance, standards and platform optimization.
• Leads monthly editorial meetings to align on content needs and objectives.
• Manages content intake and develops strategies for new initiatives.
• Integrates multimedia assets and collaborates with Video Production.
