Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support corporate communications, align with business goals, and foster an inclusive, associate-centric culture. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR to execute initiatives that reinforce our Guiding Principles and strengthen the intranet and newsletters across the organization.

The role focuses on content development, data-driven reporting, and enhancing readership while coordinating with multiple business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a journalism, communications, or marketing focus is preferred.
• 2-4 years relevant communications/marketing/experience.
• Experience building and maintaining a company intranet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the achievement of corporate and internal communications goals, including the expansion and maximization of the company intranet.
• Assists with the management of the company intranet, including content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers and associates.
• Helps drive the growth of the company intranet by assisting with planning and buildout.
• Assists with company intranet data management, including mining, analysis and developing reports for key stakeholders.
• Researches and develops stories for internal communications channels such as intranet and newsletters.
• Aids in increasing intranet and newsletter readership by content gathering, calendar management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with business units to manage intranet pages and communications requests.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
