Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Intranet & Communications Tools to lead strategy, governance, and evolution of the company’s intranet and employee‑facing platforms.

You will ensure the intranet serves as the primary digital front door for employees, delivering clear, timely, and engaging content that supports culture, alignment, and productivity. Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications, digital communications, or employee experience.
• 5+ years in a role managing enterprise-scale platforms.
• Deep experience owning an enterprise intranet or internal communications platform.
• Strong content strategy and channel management skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own intranet strategy and day‑to‑day leadership of the enterprise intranet as a core communications channel.
• Define content strategy, editorial standards, and governance models.
• Partner with Communications, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure high‑quality, relevant, and timely content.
• Ensure content is engaging, inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the company’s voice and brand.
• Manage cross‑functional inputs, approvals, and project delivery.
