Job summary

Medline is seeking an experienced internal communications leader in the Chicago area. You will lead the development and execution of communications plans, produce content for the intranet, and manage campaigns across the organization to inform, support, and inspire employees.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, measure performance, and explore new platforms to enhance internal messaging for employees and the sales force, including video support for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years in a communications-related field
• Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills required
• Experience with corporate intranets and digital tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating solutions
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement internal communications plans and campaigns
• Measure content performance and provide insights
• Write content for the intranet News section to engage employees
• Manage the corporate intranet and provide division support
• Identify new tools/platforms to improve internal messaging
• Disseminate timely information to employees and sales teams
• Support video needs for senior leaders with scripting and coordination
