Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist (Remote) to lead internal content strategy for the intranet and core channels. You will partner with Internal Communications leadership and stakeholders to structure, govern, and deliver messaging to audiences across the enterprise.

You'll own day-to-day intranet management, drive multimedia integration, and align content with business priorities while maintaining high editorial standards and usability across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Communications, Marketing, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Writes, edits, proofreads and distributes content for internal communications channels.
• Own and manage the brand's intranet as the primary source of truth.
• Leads monthly editorial meetings with leaders across the organization.
• Oversees communications intake process and establishes strategies for new initiatives.
• Integrates multimedia into enterprise communications with the Video Production team.
• Monitors content performance and engagement metrics to improve strategy.
• Supports large-scale initiatives with coordinated content planning and execution.
• Ensures timely internal communications and updated content calendars.
