Job summary

Verve A Credit Union in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Senior Strategic Communications Specialist to lead internal communications and connect team members to our purpose, priorities, and direction.

In this role, you will translate business initiatives into clear messages, own the intranet strategy and content, and partner with senior leaders to drive engagement and culture across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible communications experience.
• Five (5) years leading internal, corporate, or enterprise communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Verve's internal communications strategy to support business priorities and goals.
• Create communication plans for organizational change and enterprise-wide priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify communication needs, opportunities, and risks.
• Establish communication standards and best practices for clarity and consistency.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to engagement.
