Verve, a Credit Union, is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership for our facilities, building systems, and branch environments across Oshkosh and surrounding locations.

You will lead a facilities technician team, manage vendors, and oversee capital projects including new branch builds and remodels while focusing on safety, cost control, and a positive member experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in facilities management, construction management, business, engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Five years of facilities management, building operations, construction management, or related multi-site facility experience.
• Three years of people leadership experience, including responsibility for coaching, work prioritization, performance management, and team development.
• Demonstrated experience leading construction, remodel, relocation, space planning, or other complex facility projects from planning through completion.
• Experience developing budgets, capital plans, project plans, vendor strategies, business cases, cost estimates, and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience using or evaluating facilities management technology, work order systems, preventive maintenance tools, vendor management platforms, reporting tools, or other digital solutions preferred.
• Financial institution, retail branch, multi-site, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations and long-term planning for facilities across all locations.
• Coach and develop facilities technician team and ensure safety, service, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with emphasis on timely completion and internal service standards.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, grounds, and related systems ensuring functionality.
• Inspect facilities, identify root causes, and recommend repairs, replacements, and preventive measures.
• Lead projects from concept to completion including new builds, remodels, relocations, and space planning.
• Collaborate with executives to align facility work with brand standards, safety, and growth.
• Develop multi-year facilities roadmap and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, bidding, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain detailed records to support safety, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Serve as backup to Physical Security Officer and coordinate emergency facilities response.
