Community First Credit Union is seeking a Communications Specialist to strengthen connections between employees, members, and communities we serve. You'll partner with our VP of Communications to transform ideas into clear, compelling messages that inform, connect, and celebrate our people.

You'll tell stories across written, visual, and digital content, elevate our brand, and collaborate with teams to ensure messaging aligns with our voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years professional writing, editorial, and communications experience.
• 3+ years managing professional social media accounts and digital communities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, community management, and digital reputation trends.
