Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead the design team and deliver end-to-end consultative design services for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires design education (BA/AA) or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include client consultations, design concepts, and collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience.
• Experience in retail/sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
