The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, assisting walk-in customers, and coordinating design projects from start to finish with accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Design education or equivalent experience required.
• Strong customer-facing design knowledge and sales aptitude.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet store customers and support design walk-ins.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele via referrals.
• Advise on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional, aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Coordinate projects from inquiry to installation with teams.
