This role emphasizes relationship-building, the use of design applications, and collaboration with store leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience in lieu of the degree.
• Retail/sales experience is a plus and knowledge of hard surface flooring is beneficial.
• Proficient in basic math and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand project needs and budget.
• Educate customers on design requirements and present concepts.
• Design and sell complete residential and commercial solutions.
• Schedule appointments and manage multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Engage with store leadership and stay current on design trends.
