Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer to lead our design team and provide end-to-end consultative design services for customers. You will meet with clients, understand project needs, educate on requirements, and create design concepts aligned with personal style and budget.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales support, and collaboration with store leadership to achieve design and sales goals. Retail experience is preferred and interior design expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mathematical and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to listen to project needs and design concepts.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice to homeowners, designers and builders.
• Manage multiple projects from inquiry to installation with clear communication.
